Atlantis is hosting a camp Sunday Sept. 21 9am-4pm at the Alapocas Run State Park in Wilmington,
Del., with an eye towards the 2015 Las Vegas Invitational. The iconic 7s select side intends to enter teams in the men’s elite, women’s elite, men’s developmental, boy’s high school, girl’s high school and boy’s U16 divisions at the LVI.

Former USA men’s and women’s head 7s coach Emil Signes, Schuylkill River head 7s coach Chris Ryan, NOVA and Virginia women’s head 7s coach Dana Creager, Villanova head 7s coach Biddy Boyle, among others, will be coaching and selecting at the camp. The itinerary includes yo-yo testing, individual skills work and tactical training.

Players from all over the Mid-Atlantic region are expected to participate, with players confirmed as coming from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio and Maryland. Cost of the camp is $95, and players of all experience levels from high school to senior age brackets are encouraged to participate, including crossovers. More information.
