St. Mary's on the attack. Karen Drinkwater Photo.

The first installment of the spring rankings saw little movement thanks to only a pair of games.

Central Washington traveled to California for a pair of games and came out on the losing end of both. The Wildcats played a young side on Friday night against UC-Davis and lost 33-14. Due to the roster, however, the team didn't get punished much for the loss.

Davis remains at 19 and we will see how they fair in the California Conference for the first time this year.

CWU was pinged, however for a 73-5 drubbing against St. Mary's. The Gaels looked impressive but remain at number two for the time being. The Wildcats drop to 14 from eight with the result.
