There was very little action among ranked teams in DI during the week prior to Thanksgiving. Only five ranked teams played but one of those matchups was between ranked teams.

It was the battle of the Gaels in California as Iona traveled west for a tour game. St. Mary’s took it to Iona, putting up 74 points on the visitors. Despite the big loss, Iona only drops three spots. There is still a gap between the top teams and the rest of the country.

Arkansas State and LSU both won big but neither of them played ranked opponents. Neither team moves up.

The biggest result from that weekend was the matchup up between AIC and Fordham. The Rams defeated a banged up AIC squad 13-10. The Yellow Jackets fall to 23. Due to their pedigree, they remain ranked.
