There was very little action in DI play this week so the rankings remain fairly steady. At the top of the rankings, Cal blasted Cal Poly 79-0 but remains at number two. The Golden Bears have yet to yield a point this spring but are sure to be tested when they take on UBC this weekend. Life thrashed South Carolina 119-0 in Marietta and is hitting its stride early in the spring.

Cal Poly only drops one spot to number 21 due to the loss to mighty Cal. South Carolina drops out of the rankings due to magnitude of the loss. Arizona jumps up one spot after beating New Mexico 51-12 with a very young side, slotting ahead of Cal Poly.

Making its first foray into the rankings is LSU. The Tigers are undefeated in the Red River this season and after handily beating Alabama and TCU in consecutive weeks, make their way into the Top 25.
