France RWC 2023 Estimated Payouts - The ten tier-one nations will each earn a $26.0 million windfall from the France 2023 Rugby World Cup. That totals $260 million of the total French proffer of $525 million, or 49.5 percent. Those ten nations are England, France, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Italy, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, and Argentina. The balance of the monies - $265 million - will be awarded to tier-two and tier-three nations. Most prominently, World Rugby will continue to fund successfully emerging programs in Germany, Brazil, China, India, and the USA.
