The final shoe has dropped for the USA's fall tour, with a Nov. 10 meeting with Samoa filling the gap. The Eagles will play Manu Samoa at Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastian, Spain. The match is bookended by a non-rankings bout with the Maori All Blacks in Chicago Nov. 3 and an away test against Romania in Bucharest Nov. 17. The tour is capped off by a match with Ireland in Dublin Nov. 24.

The Eagles enter the tour an historic 8-0 this year. The clean sheet isn't expected to be maintained through the autumn, as the Eagles are longshots to beat the Maori and overwhelming underdogs against Ireland. However, there are two very winnable games against Samoa and Romania.

The USA has never beaten the Maori, Samoa or Ireland. The Eagles are 0-5 all-time against Samoa, 0-9 against Ireland and 0-4 against the Maori. They've come close to scalping all three, and they've been blown out by all three. The Eagles are 6-2 all-time against Romania, but they lost the last meeting in 2016.

This year's meeting will mark the fourth-straight in Bucharest. Romania has never met the Eagles in America.
