The Women Eagles rebounded from an opening loss to France with a massive 50-0 defeat of China in their second London 7s pool match.

The USA ran in eight tries and slotted five conversions to take the impressive win. Kelly Griffin, Vanesha McGee, Jillion Potter and Natalie Marchino dotted down in the first half, and Bui Barivilala nailed three conversions, for a 26-0 halftime lead.

Deven Owsiany, Kimber Rozier, Kaelene Lundstrum and former Virginia star Erica Cavanaugh recorded tries in the second half, to go along with two Rozier conversions, to round out the win.

The Eagles' final pool match is against Australia at 11:20 ET. With the hefty win over China and a close loss to France, they're most likely through to the Cup Quarterfinals no matter the result, but could secure a desirable seed with a win over Australia.
