American referee Leah Berard will blow the whistle for the women's Six Nations next year. One of eight refs tabbed for the assignment, Berard is the USA's foremost reffing export at the moment.
Berard will referee Ireland and England Feb. 27 and Italy and Wales March 21.
The Wisconsin native and Midwest product has seen most of her international duty in the 7s game, serving as an assistant referee on the men's 7s World Series and calling the women's final of the 7s World Cup in 2013.
