USA flyhalf Toby L'Estrange will get his second-straight start for London Welsh, while Eagle flanker returns to the subs bench for the Greene King IPA Championship club.

L'Estrange helped orchestrate an offensive explosion for London Welsh last week against Mosely. Quill came on at 60 minutes, but ended the game on the bench as he was yellow-carded with two minutes left.

A former NYAC outside half, L'Estrange said the conditions were perfect for rugby, and looks forward to playing against the Cornish Pirates this weekend.

"It's a very physical and direct brand of rugby in the Championship," L'Estrange told RUGBYMag.com. "It was good to have a chance to put into practice what we've worked on in training."

L'Estrange came off the field November 9 in the USA game v the Maori All Blacks with a foot injury. He missed the next two USA games, but said his foot feels fine now and he had no issues. He's happy with that, and with playing, and happy also to have a fellow USA player on the London Welsh team.

"Quilly is going well," said L'Estrange. "He's enjoying himself and putting in some good performances. It's definitely good value to have him around off the field as well!"
