Rugby agent Nick Robinson, who represents USA players Samu Manoa and Cam Dolan, is close to signing two more USA players to overseas contracts.

One player is looking to sign with a club in the Green King IPA Championship, the second tier of English pro rugby, where Eagles Eric Fry and Robbie Shaw, plus hopefuls Ronnie McLean and Will Magie, play.

The other is looking at a club in the Rabo Direct Pro 12, the league of Irish, Welsh, Scottish, and Italian clubs. Currently, no USA players are currently active in the Rabo Direct.

Robinson told RUGBYMag.com that his currently-contracted clients are helping the reputation of American rugby players.

"The good showing by the guys in the autumn internationals helped continue the slowly increasing trend of interest from the European clubs in US National Team players," said Robinson. "Cam's with Saints now and we're quite close on a couple more also, one should be announced over the next few days."
