Belgium scored a try after a penalty to tie the game, but couldn't take the lead as Bruce Yun charged down the conversion attempt.

The HSAA team edged ahead with a penalty and then wing Cameron Appel sealed the game with a try to make it 18-10. One more penalty finished the scoring at 21-10.

Gonzaga star flyhalf Ben Cioma's goalkicking has been outstanding. He kicked 11 points with his boot.
