Idaho High School Boys Rugby is divided into two divisions. The east earns two playoff spots while the west garners six due to the size of the divisions and playoff eligibility.

In the east Portneuf finished a perfect 6-0 and will play Bingham this weekend for a chance to play Nakahi. Nakahi, the number one seeded team from the west finished 5-0 in regular season action and defeated 6th seeded Lions 20-0 in a forfeit victory.

The rest of the playoff games will occur this weekend while Nakahi travels to Utah to take part in the Utah Rugby Open that is being held in conjunction with the Varsity Cup championship. Should Nakahi advance to the finals of the Utah Rugby Open they will play the final match in Rio Tinto Stadium, the home of Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer.

 In the other two-quarter final matchups, 2nd seeded Capital will play Canyon County while Mountain View takes on the Copperheads.

 The semi-finals will take place on May 10th and the finals will be decided on May 17th.
