Not much changed in our DI college rankings. The top seven were all idle this week and the remaining members of the top 10 all won except for UCLA who was playing 7s. Army and Penn State continued to win in Rugby East and move ahead of the Bruins. Penn State and Army will meet this weekend to test our rankings.

Navy played Air Force in the Shea Cup this weekend and our rankings held up. Air Force was ranked ahead of Navy and won the game 32-31 in exciting fashion.

Colorado State enters the rankings after getting under way in the west with a win over Colorado. It takes the place of Iona of who was beaten pretty badly by Kutztown this weekend.
