The DII rankings saw some movement thanks to a couple of ranked matchups and some interesting results.

The biggest mover this week is Illinois State. ISU has flown under the radar this year and were neglected for too long in our rankings. It showed its worth this weekend, dismantling a previously undefeated conference opponent in Northern Iowa. ISU remains undefeated and slots in at number 14.

Coastal Carolina had a strong opportunity to unseat UNC-Wilmington on Tuesday. Due to the severe weather Wilmington clashed with Coastal mid week. Wilmington had to play a game over the weekend while Coastal had a forfeit victory meaning only a two-day turnaround for UNC. Nonetheless, Wilmington took care of business with a 36-10 win. Coastal drops a couple of spots to number 18.

Cortland moves into the rankings after completing an undefeated regular season campaign in Upstate New York. The Red Dragons nipped Oswego 27-10 to move into the 23 spot.

Spring hill lost to NSCRO school LSU-Alexandria and falls out of the rankings.
