Captain Mike Petri has been on championship AC teams before and knows what it takes to get there, and told RUGBYMag.com that starting 3-0 is nice, but not the end of the road.

“We have a lot of work to do,” Petri told RUGBYMag.com. “We have a really good group of guys, but we’re not there yet. We’ve won some games but there are little things in there we need to be better at. Boston scrummed really well against us so that’s something we can look at.”

Petri said success at the AC takes a concerted effort from everyone on the squad. That, he said, is something he is confident they can accomplish.

“We have a good club atmosphere, and that’s something we need if we’re going to work together,” Petri told RUIGBYMag.com. “The guys are all getting better, but it’s that club atmosphere that makes it happen. If we’re going to play better we need a collaborative AC effort.
