New Zealand beat the USA 55-5 on Saturday, inside Jean Bouin Stadium.

The Black Ferns finished fifth, while the Eagles landed sixth out of the twelve teams. The USA came in fifth in the 2010 tournament.

New Zealand outscored the USA nine tries to one, utilizing pace, experience, and an unstated goal to win by a large margin.

Back Victoria Subritzky-Nafatali played outstandingly for the winners. The Eagles’ fullback Meya Bizer drew praise for her steady and sure tackling.
