An important Women's rugby conference will take place over three-days - December 7,8, and 9 - in Charlotte, North Carolina, at Queens University.

The event features a roster of dynamic speakers:

  • Nicole Lavoi: Co-Director of the Tucker Center for Research on Girls and Women in Sport;
  • Katie Sadleir: World Rugby’s General Manager of Women’s Rugby;
  • Kathy Henderson: Vice Chair, Rugby Canada;
  • Phaidra Knight: USA Rugby Player of the Decade and World Rugby Hall of Fame inductee; and,
  • Donna Duffy: Director of the Female Brain Project

The theme of the conference will be “Capitalizing on Women’s Leadership and Opportunities in Rugby.”
