Morris had a strong season in 2013 and finished in the middle of the standings. This season they return a core group of players, while also welcoming several new college players into their lineup.

Long Island was very effective at the start of the 2013 summer 7s season, but they started to fall apart midway through the season as their numbers dwindled due to injuries and unavailability.
