It was a mixed bag for the American teams at Limerick World Club 7s Friday, as New York earned a spot in Saturday's quarterfinals with a 2-1 pool record and SFGG went winless. New York beat Leinster and Stade Francais before falling to Daveta from Fiji. SFGG was blown out by England's Samurai but narrlowly lost to Canada's Maple Leafs and host Munster.
