Thretton Palamo will make his second appearance in three tournaments for Mike Friday's 7s Eagles this weekend in Cape Town. He comes in for Nate Augspurger, who flew back to the United States after Dubai for his brother's wedding.

The stars may be aligned for former U20 and Ohio State star Nate Ebner to finish his season with the New England Patriots and make a push for the Rio Olympics. Ebner is currently a valued member of New England's special teams unit, but in a previous life he was one helluva rugby player.
Any words linking Ebner to a rugby comeback are pure speculation, of course, and they should stay that way,... Read More

Mike Friday’s Eagles fell just short of the ultimate goal in Dubai, losing 24-19 to England in the Cup Semifinals. However, they ended on a resounding note, beating New Zealand for the second time on the weekend and in history to claim third-place.
To get there, they had to come back and beat South Africa in the quarterfinals. Perry Baker scored first a few minutes into the game. The Eagles and... Read More
