St. Joe's Ryan Stickno with ball against Temple

There were not many noteworthy games in DIAA this week. Most of the favorites won and conferences are generally taking shape.

Dartmouth won another lopsided game and remains undefeated at 3-0. Brown is 2-0 after knocking off a previously unbeaten Yale side. Harvard picked up its second win with a victory over Princeton.

Saint Joe’s and West Chester both moved to 3-0 but in very different fashion. The hawks blitzed West Virginia while West Chester edged conference runner up from 2018 Rowan 22-20.  Temple tried to keep pace with a win over Pitt and sits a 2-1. The rest of the conference is at 500 or less.

Kentucky and Georgia picked up wins over the weekend. The Wildcats are undefeated and Georgia moved to 2-1. The conference still has a long way to go.

The lone surprise of the weekend came in this conference. Salisbury upended a previously unbeaten Mount St. Mary’s squad 21-5. James Madison picked up its first conference win sending Virginia Tech to 2-2 while Mary Washington picked up its third win with a victory over Maryland. The Mothers are the only undefeated team remaining in the conference.

Lindenwood-Belleville picked up a pair of wins during the week. One over Iowa Central and the other coming against Kansas.
