DI was filled with exciting matchups last weekend and our rankings saw some movement as a result. The big story of the weekend came from the battle by the bay. St. Mary’s went on the road and defeated Cal. Even more impressively, the Gael’s came from 11 points down in the final quarter of the game. They have become the consensus number one.

Life remains at number two after beating Lindenwood on the road this past weekend. The Running Eagles have not lost a 15s game in several years and are looking as potent as ever.

BYU slots in at number three. The Cougars almost upended Glendale in a shoot out. They fell short 41-39. Due to the fact that BYU defeated St. Mary’s at home, the Cougars slide in ahead of number four Cal.

Indiana was also a big mover this week. The Hoosiers downed Penn State and move up four spots to number seven.

As a result of the Indiana game, Arkansas State sees its stock rise. The Red Wolves beat Indiana earlier this spring and slide up to number six. Also a result of the Indiana win, LSU moves of up significantly. The Tigers played Arkansas State tough earlier this year and are rewarded based on recent results.

Utah blasted Arizona in a game that was billed as a tight game. Arizona drops three spots to 17 and Utah moves up one to number 12.

Finally, Dartmouth enters the rankings for the first time this year. The Big Green knocked UCLA out of the rankings with a win over the Bruins during its spring tour.
