Announcements from the league today confirmed the addition of three new clubs for 2020, welcoming Boston, Washington, and Atlanta. Further, next season, the league will be split into an eastern and a western division of six clubs each.

English Premiership - Disquieting news from the Gallagher Premiership when it was reported that eleven of the twelve clubs are losing money. The league wants to do away with relegation, forcing the 13th team (London Irish every other year) down into the Championship League. Yorkshire Carnegie, a mid table Championship club, will only expend part-time pay for their players, an indication of sparse revenues and low attendance.

Singapore Sevens, This Weekend - The eighth stop on the 2018/2019 HSBC Sevens circuit moves to Singapore, where matches are played in the National Stadium. All the Eagles are healthy, and Perry Baker may make an appearance after his face injury. The USA earned medals in the past seven tournaments and stand atop the standings in first place with Fiji not far behind.

The Eagles first day line up:

Wales at 11:06 a.m.

Kenya at 14:34 p.m.

England at 16.00 p.m.

ESPN will televise the event starting at 10 p.m. ET to 8 a.m. ET.
