Pan Am Games - This weekend, the Pan Am Games will again feature rugby sevens. Eight Men and eight Women's sides will compete for the three-medals. The matches are in Lima, Peru, at the Villa Maria del Triunfo complex. 

Women- USA, Canada, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Brazil

Men - USA, Canada, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Guyana, Jamaica, Chile

Pacific Nations Cup - The USA XV will play Canada on Saturday, July 27 in Glendale, Colorado, at Infinity Park. The match will start at 6 p.m. MT. The starting fifteen is comprised of seven Major League Rugby players, five who play professionally abroad, and three unattached (including, one USA Sevens team member). The game is broadcast on NBC Sports Gold.

The Canadian University All-Stars will meet the Collegiate All-Americans in a contest before the national fifteen's Test Match.

Women's All Stars- An interesting event of four Women's all stars squads will be played this weekend in Greeley, Colorado. The four teams are:

  • Women's Collegiate All-Americans;
  • Women's Premiere League East All-Stars;
  • Women's Premiere League West All-Stars; and,
  • Women's Collegiate D1/D2 All-Stars

Admission is free.

U20 Women- The U20 Women lost both matches in the past week’s Tri-Nations Cup in England. The Eagles were white washed 62-0 by England, and then fell to Canada 36-12.

Rugby Championship - Australia (0-1) welcome Argentina (0-1). New Zealand (1-0) host South Africa (1-0).
