USA Women’s National Team Head Coach Pete Steinberg had plenty of praise of the work ethic of his players as they went 1-2 on their all-too-short tour of Europe.

But he especially mentioned one: Sarah Chobot.

Chobot has been all over in rugby, playing as a star loose forward for Ohio State, and then pitching up for the USA 7s team. She is now a Glendale Raptor, and with the USA team she has found a home at prop.

“Sarah Chobot played really well the entire trip and is one of the players who really stepped up for us,” said Steinberg. “She was our player of the match in the last game against France, and I was really excited to see how well she played. We’ve had a lot of players step forward.”
