Scott LaValla and Toby L'Estrange will play no further part in this set of November USA matches.
LaValla was a game-day decision against the Maori All Blacks, but a neck issue ruled him out - Graham Harriman took his place at short notice and had his best game yet for the USA.
LaValla is being held out of the rest of the USA games as a precautionary measure.
L'Estrange, meanwhile, injured ligaments in his foot during Saturday's game and was replaced in the second half by Zach Pangelinan. L'Estrange is out of the rest of the tour and will need surgery. He is probably out for at least three months.
Flanker John Quill, only recently recovered from his own injury hiatus, has been called back to the team to replace LaValla. There is no named replacement for L'Estrange, as Pangelinan, Folau Niua, and Adam Siddall can all step in at flyhalf.
