Mike Tolkin has named his side for the USA's final World Cup match Sunday against Japan. The lineup includes nearly wholesale changes from Wednesday's South Africa loss, but looks a lot like the teams which took on Samoa and Scotland.

Blaine Scully will miss his first game of the World Cup. After starting the first three contests, he's not in the 23-man roster for Sunday. Zack Test will fill in for him in the back three and earn his second-stright start. Zach Fenoglio is in at hooker after Phil Thiel started back-to-back games. Otherwise, the lineup is identical to those from the first two World Cup outings.
