there is an educated observer.
Fitzpatrick, the former Ireland prop, has had his name bandied about as a candidate to take over the USA forwards coach position. No confirmation from USA Head Coach Mike Tolkin or Fitzpatrick when asked by RUGBYMag.com, but it seems Fitzpatrick might have a role with the USA team in some fashion.

Former England flyhalf and Argentina HP Manager Les Cusworth was with the USA team more as someone helping assess their High Performance needs and looking at the national team's structure. There's reason to believe that Cusworth, who oversaw $5 million in HP monies in Argentina, might have some insights for the IRB about what the USA requires going forward. We reported that Cusworth had had a hand in helping with the team's attack plan for the second game - that's not completely accurate, but he was used as a sounding board.
It's unlikely, though, that Cusworth, whose wife is Argentinean and who has two small children, will be a candidate to move to the USA ... but you never know.
Meanwhile, Tolkin is taking a trip to the UK to meet with some coaches and look at some potential future staff-members.
