Baltimore-Chesapeake moved into sole possession of 1st place in the Mid-Atlantic DI club conference as they defeated the Maryland Exiles 61-29 Saturday.
With the bonus-point win, B-C moved ahead of the Potomac Athletic Club, who won, but only 17-0, failing to make the bonus point for four tries.
Keeping pace were the Norfolk Blues, who won 48-5 over NOVA, while falling off was Schuylkill River, which lost on the road to Raleigh 43-15 in a game where Schuylkill Coach Bill Jalbert said "we beat ourselves."
Norfolk is in excellent position to catch the top two teams as the Blues have an extra two games left to play.
