The Pacific Rugby Premiership got its first blowout of the season as Glendale rode a torrid second half to beat Santa Monica 52-19 in Glendale.
Glendale scored two early tries, both by Max Statler, to leader 12-0, but the Dolphins replied with some solid work from their forwards to make it 12-7. Dustin Croy's try made it 20-7 before a Santa Monica try pulled them to 20-12 at 40 minutes.
The second half was all about the Raptors, as Chad London, Croy, and Statler all scored twice, giving Croy and Statler each a hat trick. Phil White's interception and try finished off the scoring. Mike Graham kicked 14 points.
With the victory, and Belmont Shore v OMBAC being rained out, Glendale moves into a virtual tie for 2nd with Belmont Shore. Denver beat Olympic Club 43-19 in the other game this weekend.
